All items are printed and fulfilled on demand. Once an order is submitted it enters production and cannot be changed or canceled. Orders are generally fulfilled within 2–7 business days, followed by shipping time depending on your location.

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or with a Printful production error.

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

• A clear photo of the issue

• Your order number

• A brief description of the problem
