What’s the story behind your designs?

Each design is built around real moments from deployment—black-and-white images, mission names, and unit callouts. We focus on clean, minimal pieces that only hit home for those who served or understand.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Because of the limited nature of each drop, all sales are final unless there’s a defect or mistake. Reach out if something’s off—we’ll make it right.

How do the hoodies and tees fit?

Our hoodies are standard fit with a clean profile. Tees vary by drop, but we sample everything ourselves before releasing. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a looser fit.

What if there’s a printing error or defect with my order?

If your item arrives with a printing mistake, damage, or defect, email us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
We’ll file a claim with our fulfillment partner and make sure you get a free replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
We do not cover issues due to incorrect sizing or buyer’s remorse.

Do you do custom designs for units?

Not yet—but it’s something we’re working toward. For bulk/unit inquiries, shoot us a message.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

If you realize the address is wrong, contact us immediately. We can cancel the order if it hasn’t been fulfilled yet. Once it's in production or shipped, we can’t make changes — so acting fast is key.

Q: How do I get in touch if I have a problem or question?

Use the contact form on this page or email us directly. We typically respond within 24–48 hours. That said, because this brand is run by someone actively serving, there may be occasional delays — especially if I'm in the field for extended periods. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can, and I appreciate your patience and understanding.

Will I get a tracking number after I place an order?

Yes! Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you’ll automatically receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package in real time. If you don’t see it right away, check your spam folder or reach out to us — we’re happy to help.
