Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are made to order, we only accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items received

  • Print or production issues

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size selections or buyer’s remorse. We encourage you to check our size guides carefully before ordering.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at [your email]. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the issue

  • A brief description of the problem

We’ll work with our production partner to replace or refund the item if the issue meets the criteria above.

Wrong Shipping Address

If you accidentally entered the wrong address, email us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been sent to production, we can cancel or update it. Once an order is in production or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.
