All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. This includes printing, quality checks, and packaging.

Once fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Military APO/FPO Addresses

Yes, we ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping times may be longer due to military mail routing.

Wrong Address

If you entered the wrong address, contact us ASAP at info@alphavictorsierra.co . If your order hasn't been fulfilled yet, we can fix it. Once it's been shipped, we’re unable to guarantee changes.

Lost, Damaged, or Misprinted Items

If your item arrives damaged or misprinted, reach out within 7 days of delivery with photos. We'll work with Printful to make it right.

Customs Fees (International Orders)

International customers may be subject to customs duties or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
